New Recieving private calls in DND mode

i'm still recieving private calls when in DND mode on my MI2s.

I'm using the latest rom, multilang with dutch language.

Did you answer the calls?

Yes, but when I answered the call I was using an older Rom. A few versions ago.

Now with the latest Rom I just tested with an other phone to see if the bug was fixed and for me it wasn't.
