Fail to root Xiaomi Mi3 Dev ROM

I am trying to root my phone following this vid:

Everything is alright until when I want to install update.zip
it says: "cannot find update.zip in sd card" then ask me to rename the update pack to update.zip
But I checked my files and its already rename to update.zip

Please help and thank you

Ok great... But why not just install our weekly multi version?
