Mi4w Stucked On Boot Screen

I was trying to extend size of internal storage via meteos-apk. I rebooted phone on recovery mode(no CWM) - wiped all data and cache, restarted and it stucked on boot screen. I can see only white Mi Logo, nothing else. I cannot get in to fastboot mode. I can enter default recovery mode.

I tried to use update via ADB but no way. (invalid OTA package error)

Is there anyway to flash or repair it?

Why the hell you did that so stupid thing??? Why you even think about doing that?

Mi4 has unified data partition with Android 4.4 and there is no reason to touch it.

If you can't enter fastboot to make MiFlash then you bricked the device.
