Installing Miui7 After Using Stock Android ?

Hi,
A few months ago, I installed stock android on my Mi4 : http://www.technobuzz.net/install-stock-android-aosp-rom-xiaomi-mi3-mi4/
Now I would like to use Miui7 in English ...
What's the procedure to wipe the phone clear from all earlier installs (ROM's), and loading it fresh with Miui7 ?
Please help, because I did a "factory reset" and now it's all in chinese, and there's no way to set it back to english ...

i did recovery from lollipop back to stock with these simple steps:

Step 1. Visit the ROMS download page here. And download the cancro version.
Step 2. Once the ROM is downloaded, connect your phone to the PC with USB cable and Move the file on your phone.
Step 3. Reboot the device into Custom Recovery. To do this, switch off your phone and Now press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together until the device enters the recovery mode.
Step 4. Once your phone in recovery mode, select ‘wipe data/factory reset’ and confirm. (dont format your SD card!!!)
Step 5. After this clear the cache memory by selecting “wipe cache partition.”
Step 6. Now select “Install Zip” > select “Choose zip from sd card” > Browse to SD card and select the download ROM > Confirm
Step 7. Once done with the installation process, go back to the main menu of recovery and Reboot the system.

That’s it. Your Xiaomi Mi4 is back to original MIUI ROM.

one more question, if I install the cancro version, will it be in English without all the chinese apps that were there in the stock rom ?

I want my phone to be english, not chinese ...

... that's also why I installed lollipop, to get rid of all this chinese stuff, but now I'm wondering whether if this Miui7 cancro EU version isn't a better way to go ?

I think your downloaded RoM is KitKat not lolipop
