Which Rom Without Root

Hello,
i'm searching a ROM without root permission because some applications in Italy cannot run with root (es. Skygo, Timvision, Mediaset)
I'm only able to install with the application "Updater" already installed on the actual ROM rooted.
Someone can help me please ... thanks a lot ... byeee

Just flash the latest stable from xiaomi.eu... It's not rooted..

the latest stable that i have found is this ...

Yeap! That's it. It is based on the latest China Stable build, there aren't any chinese apps and has EU languages!
