tried to flash this tutorial http://en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=218644&highlight=redmi+3+fastboot

worked for the beginning, but it flasht and flasht and after 56 minutes i went to bed, because it was late. Waked up and nothing, I cant get into recovery, cant get into download mode, only fastboot, everything else is a constant reboot. Problem, since Xiaomi ****i## looked the bootloader i can not even install the official stable through fastboot. I am getting the info device is looked.

any idea???

Did you get into down load mode? I could only get into download mode via stock recovery, the screen was blank when selected.
I've bricked my quite a few times messing around with root apps, always revived it using that method.

I was once in download mode, I know it is a blank screen, but the problem is, I am not getting anymore into download mode. You have to start, hold power and volume + and than, when the MI logo comes you have to buzzer the volume +. But nothing happens, it stays in the MI logo.

Maybe some other solution, if not it has to go to Xiaomi.

Have you tried getting into download via stock recovery, as I said I couldn't get into it any other way.

I posted on the miui en forum about my inability to enter download mode, said I'd got in via recovery after finding a thread on a Spanish forum.
Can't find the link now as only have 2g and it'll take too long!

But what if volume + and power doesn't boot into recovery I think it is broken or so, because I am not getting into recover, only fastboot works.

Very exciting thread, because this would be my nightmare. There are several people on different forums who write about the problem of a broken downloadmode (and i didn't see a solution yet). Please keep this alive to help others. What was your ROM before trying the flash. Are you sure it's completely off (press power + vol up + vol down for 20-30 sek). Did you try another method to enter the download mode aside from power + vol up + hitting vol up several times, like shut the phone down, then vol up and insert usb cable?

Has anyone solved this problem?
Coz a member of indonesia forum also have the same problem. After 2hours the flashing cant complete. So he disconnected the cable. But now he can only enter fastboot (V- + pwr) cannot do V+ and pwr anymore.

I had the same problem and i solved by holding down "Vol - and Vol + and Power" simultaneously; but there was the problem to turn off the phone while it was in boot loop. Then I noticed that between reboots the phone turned off for a second or two, and it was at this very moment I pressed the three buttons: I had to do several times, I think of the obvious difficulties to catch the right moment and then, did not appear the classic recovery, but blank (and black) screen. Well this was the download mode, so I was able to flashe the rom by F.KrueGerr of en.miui.com site (I don't have permission to post link) and then the developer rom. Everything its ok.

If you write in google "F.KrueGerr en.miui.com" you find it. Then you must copy and paste a link to google drive

Hey! I could also just enter fastboot-mode and the phone was stuck in a bootloop. But this worked for me:

As someone else said, I pressed volume+ and volume- and the powerbutton like crazy. All of a sudden the phone was vibrating more often than it did before when entering fastboot. The screen was completely black but there was some backlight on.

This is when I again connected the USB-cable and used MiFlash and flashed this firmware: "ido_xhdpi_images_V7.1.1.0.LHPCNCK_20151221.0000.11_5.1_cn". Maybe others will work too. I couldn't flash anything before but when holding all these 3 buttons down and push them like the idiot I am I somehow was able to flash it without pressing "Download". (I didn't press anything on the phonescreen.)
