How To Install 8.5 To Stable 8.2 Mi Note Pro(leo)

Please ppl give me clear and proper instruction to install stable 8.5 andoid 7 to my stable 8.2.1 android 5. Yesterday tried to flash recovery twrp 3.0.3, but cant enter recovery mode by fastboot reboot and volume+ it keeping mi logo, and then booting rom. Mi note pro(leo)

Same problem here. Tried all possible ways, with no success, to update from MIUI 8.2.1.0 Stable Android 5.1.1 to MIUI 8.5.1 Stable Android 7.

Can anyone post an tutorial please?

This is what I did exactly.
I unlocked my bootloader -> http://en.miui.com/unlock/index_en.html
Then I used this thread -> http://en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=135019 to temporarily start TWRP
I then used wipe all option to get all clear
and installed Custom ROM from xiaomi.eu MIUI 8.6 / 7.6.25 on Android 7.0 NRD90M

You downloaded TWRP from that link?
Isn't a TWRP for Android 7?

that I don't remember, but finding twrp that works is easy. just search forum here or that miui forum.

Cant find proper twrp, always saying dtb not found or else, and just dont boot recovery.

As far as I know "dtb not found" is happening because you are not using TWRP for android 7.0

PS> I have noticed in other thread that this error can happen as well if your bootloader is not unlocked. Check that too.
