(redmi 5 Plus) Bugged Apps Screen Resolution, Notifications

Hi all, some bugs with themes app, it is not centered, updater (same), i think because of 18:9 screen, and then notifications on 8.1.4: whatsapp sometimes doesn't show them and in every case double notifications. Why don't you use Oreo notifications like Global roms?

8.1.11 is worse, how do you do roms?
