Mi4C - Flashing MIUI 10 -ROM 8.9.13 (xiaomi.eu)
(with MiFlash)

Original Source:
http://en.miui.com/thread-3375085-1-1.html

- ROM Based on Original China Developer Rom 8.9.13
- added multilanguage and Google Services (thanks to xiami.eu team)

Important: your phone must be officially unlocked bootloader before flashing !
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- My Mi4c was originally with the ROM: Xiaomi.eu 6.12.22 (Might work with other rom, I don't know. But in my case, this the one I started from)
- Before you start flashing I recommend you set your WIFI with no key password, so you can connect your phone to a WLAN when prompted with the message:
“This device is locked:
- Activate this device
- Open WLAN settings
(Can’t write anything to get WLAN password)

The reason to have an open WLAN available is because you won’t be able to write a password on the phone when you get that message. I don’t know why, but this is what happened to me.

How to flash
NOTE: I uploaded alternative links to download this ROM because I had some problems in MEGA with the link from “en.miui.com” (too big file, perhaps). You'll have to log in if you want to download the ROM from “en.miui.com”

1. Download ROM “libra_images_8.9.13_xiaomi.eu.7z
Part.1
https://mega.nz/#!4xVB0Q6A!2cXZUjRMNq93kXCfTBWjMLIDYlgbk-zLtRo7HPkqsos
Part.2
https://mega.nz/#!FkMHQIRS!R6VGQEIjGK_3t_7muBF4q_uhlqClBXlAcXa2WDRZVAk

2. Unpack that ROM until you see “images” folder and copy to PC and name it as Rom10 (or any name you want, “123” or whatever, but with no blank spaces)
Your folder must look like this:

3. Set your phone in fastboot mode and connect it to PC

4. Run “MiFlash”(20151028). Browse to ROM folder in "C" and press `Refresh´ if phone doesn’t appear in MiFlash.

5. I chose the option: “Flash all” for a clean install. That’s the one I did (so I don’t know what would be the result if you choose: “Flash all except data and storage” to keep internal storage)

Flashing should take between 4 or 5 minutes.

6. When ROM starts you will get the message “This device is locked…
- Activate this device
- Open WLAN settings

(Can’t write anything to set WLAN password)

7. Connect to an open WLAN (no password) and follow the usual config procedure and ..

Enjoy it!

thanks

:)
