I can't update xiaomi.eu 20.3.12 to 20.3.19 ... I downloaded it via OTA and when I try to install it falls into TWRP and does nothing.
TWRP is encrypted and I can't even find the file. I don't know how to decrypt (never asked for a password).
You can teach me please.
Teach me how to make updates without losing my data please.

First thing you must do is to backup your data. Nobody knows the future!
Then you have to find the latest TWRP for your phone model and to flash it in order to replace the old one.
TWRP download link is at the first page of the rom thread.

Ok LOLO9393. I install "twrp-3.3.1-15-Mi9SE" and I was able to install the update normally, but after the procedure does not enter. The MI logo appears but turns off.
I'm unexpected and I don't want to ruin the installation.
What should I do now?
I normally enter TWRP ... but I don't know what to do.
Can you help again?
Thanks.

Hi Arikahn,

format data would be good, but before... we can test something:

- do you have some magisk modules installed then look here
- please paste the Logfiles from TWRP -> Advanced -> Copy Log (without kernel) and paste it here

Regards Kater

I had the same problem but the solution is damn easy at least in my case.

If you have set up a pin code, for example before you set up your finger print oder display pattern, that's also the encryption key for twrp.

It worked in my case. Hope this will solve your problem.

I managed to make it work. I found that the bootloader does not work on the update because it has Magisk installed. It is necessary after installation, if you do not boot, enter TWRP mode again and reinstall Magisk. That done works normally.
Appreciate. Helped me a lot.
