I dont know if it s a bug but the theme store is the Chinese version

yeah, both have good theme but different.

It s unable to install system app like ThemeManager via apk file, and bootloop if modify anything in system folder..

I modify system partition with TWRP all the time, on Android 10, no problems here.
Either way, this isn't our concern. We provide the Themes app of our choice.
