Automations stopped in Xiaomi Home

Hi!

On the 20th of June, all may switch related automations stopped in Xiaomi Home.

I hava a Xiaomi switch that was used to switch on / off a RhiZui E27 Xiaomi/Philips bulb and another Aquara 2gang switch that was used to switch on/of and toggle around modes in Mi Air purifier 2.

I tried to delete and reset the bulb and the air purifier and re-add to Xiaomi Home. Also re-added the switches. Nothing changed. The funny thing is that both the switches and the bulb/air purifier works well from the mi home app. Even the time scheduled automations work with the same devices, but I can not use the switches to control them.

And it all started at 20th of June. I had been using this setup for more than a year without any issues, rock solid. Now all is gone.

I even tried to use the Aquare 2way switch to control the bulb, but the same result. The automation is simple: single click -> turn on dely 10 minutes -> turn off. (error here is Partially ran successfully). The other is double click -> turn off bulb. (error here is Couldn't run).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanx,

Gergő

I cannot precise on which day it happened, but my automations also stopped working.

The only thing I did was:
- Edit the automation rule;
- Add a new "then" rule;
- Erase that "then" rule just created;
- Save.

And that task is working again.

This is very frustrating, and I only have 6 rules - as I only now have started experimenting with Zigbee products.
I cannot imagine those who have dozens of rules...

Tried your workaround, but didn't work for me. Also tried to remove the rule and re-create it. I even removed all my rules (even the ones that work) but no luck.
So unfortunately, none of my automations work that used Xiaomi mini switch or aquara 2way switch. Very frustrating.

Have you tried to unplug, wait for 2 minutes, and replug the main hub?
Have you tried to reboot your router?

The last resource may be to factory reset the hub.
I think the rules stay local, meaning, stay on the hub.
