Poco X3 NFC on Miui 12 Galaxy active watch no notifications

I have just bought a Poco x3 nfc. It is running Miui 12.0.7. I have connected it to my Samsung Galaxy Active watch. However i cannot recieve notifications. I have tried some of the online fixes but to no avail. I have tried going into apps and ticked the autostart and no battery restrictions on the following, Samsung accessory service, Galaxy wearable and watch active2 plugin. I have restarted both phone and watch after. I have locked the galaxy wearable app so it doesn't close.

I have done all these but still cannot get notifications to show on my phone. does anyone have a fix for this? As i am lost

Cheers, i had tried all the others. It was the Xiaomi service framework section all the others seem to miss out. That seemed to solve it thank you.

I am going to post another thread as i have a wierd one. My lock screen notifications are in Russian, but nothing else is in russian. I don't know if this is just a setting or what but it is strange. I have attached a screenshot.
