redmi 9t change firmware

dear xiaomi users. I have a redmi 9t phone lime version since a few weeks, now I would like to install a beta rom with android 11.
now read is that everywhere the phone must have installed twrp with root.
I unlocked the bootloader and installed magisk.
only to install the firmware you also need twrp, now i tried every twrp and orange fox but can't get anything to run,
the phone stays on black screen.
to start recovery no twrp screen when I restart the phone from the black screen until miui is loaded and restart to recovery the original recovery is back on.

It seems that the default recovery is being reinstalled
I can't figure it out tried everything nothing works.
does anyone know a solution currently running global rom wants to beta.
anyone have an idea how to make this happen?

I would like some help with this i tried everything in my power every twrp every type of rom for days the only thing I succeed is the stock global rom with android 10 or an EEA firmware with android 10 I would like to android 11 with global/beta firmware

This is how i did mine
Copy orange fox recovery zip to your external sd card
Reboot to fastboot
Flash twrp..type fastboot flash recovery recovery name.img
Reboot recovery..type fastboot reboot and quickly hold volume up
When inside twrp flash orange fox recovery and reboot back to recovery and flash any rom you want

hola tengo el mismo modelo en PERU
EL REDMI 9T y del operador claro que tiene un rom pomelo y deseo ponerle un rom global he probado con todo los que salen en youtube lo pasa...pero no le cambia el rom. me urge porque deseo usar el dual sim...solo tengo un solo chip.
