Hi!, I am using POCO F3 Global Stable ROM, and I want to switch to Xiaomi.eu stable ROM. Can I do this without formating/losing my current data?

Imposible, but give it a try to this rom, make a back up on pc, because this rom changes the device model to Redmi K40 and xiaomi backup recognize it as other phone and can not restore backup, and the time to unlock the bootloader is a week

My thing is (was?) completely different, i have seen people having the same issue as he has on F3 groups, it seems more related to the operator and using MI services, i didnt used that, btw, the issue with network seems to have been "fixed" since the update, for some reason the phone doesnt go into 4G+/LTE+ but the service is now solid, i have not reboot the device as im 99% sure it will go back to dropping service, i wont get the fastest data service but at least is not as frustrating now.
