Mi 11 Pro with Xiaomi-EU ROM on to it. How to revert to orginal?

Hi!

I have just orderd the Mi 11 Pro with XIAOMI-EU ROM atttachted.
But have some question what If I want to go back to original ROM, what ships with it? Which ROM do I need then?

I see there a Global, Europe, and a China version... So don't know which comes or ships original.

As far as I know, the Mi 11 Pro is only officially released for the China market so it originally comes with a China ROM.

So what does that mean? What is in the China Rom included?
Could you explain it a little more what a China Rom include?
