I post this because I didn't saw the solution anywhere.
You guys are pro and would know where to put this information.
I own Poco 3 was on version 13.0.6 and wanted to go to 13.0.7, and I needed TWRP, but since I got a new PC I had no driver.
But I had problem getting my PC to pick up my phone with 'fastboot devices' command 'adb devices' worked just fine.
According to guides ( and past experience ) I tried to use Miflash to install driver but even when I was on fasboot or recovery mode I got error that "MI USB driver installation Connect device in Recovery or Fastboot mode"
And there is no information in google on how to fix it!
Eventually in order to fix it you need to go to Regular xiaomi recovery mode ( power botton + volume up / from setting -> version -> 3dots -> "reboot to recovery mode " ).
Eventually after it goes to original Xiaomi V5 recovery, choose the third option "connect with assistant" only then miflash can finally install the drivers.
Cheers!

its mentioned here… thx

Great guide, it's the one I followed.
But I didn't see the solution there, you give the links To miflash and YouTube but when I see this message the textbox change to "Connect device in Recovery or Fastboot mode"
Maybe I am missing something but I don't see it in your guide.
