I have Xiaomi 12s Ultra. after a very long evening battling to unlock the phone and install TWRP, I now can't install the EU rom to my device? Any ideas, how i can do that?

Also, how do you get back into TWRP, once its installed on my phone.

(Noob here)!

1. Enable "Developer options" first.
2. Settings > Additional settings > Developer options > enable the "Extended power menu" option.
3. Long press the Power button > Reboot > Recovery mode.

And of course you could flash the older fastboot ROM and update later. Once you flash the EU ROM you can go into developer options and select expanded power menu so you get the option to reboot recovery once twrp is installed.

It means you haven't installed TWRP yet.
You need to install TWRP.

Update procedure
Updates via TWRP:
- Insert the ROM zip. into the phone.
1. Download TWRP to PC and rename it to twrp.img
2. Connect the phone to the PC in fastboot mode.
3. Run TWRP fastboot command
Code:
fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp.img

4. Enter (Password/PIN/Pattern) of the lock screen when prompted
5. Install ROM
6. Reboot system

Managed to get TWRP on phone, installed rom and now its showing me 0mb on internal storage. What have I missed?

I don't understand your problem.

If you installed the ROM successfully, reboot into the system.

Sorry you are right. I bought xiaomi 12 pro CN from tradingshenzhen. I tried to unlock bootloader but just after finished the process (100%) stuck in bootloop. My phone seems to successfully unlock(?) because in order to use it i 've flased fastboot global. My phone although I've successful install TWRP can't boot in it. I can't even boot to official recovery after fresh fastboot flash. Factory reset also ends in bootloop! Very strange at all! I bought my phone

hi. which one should i use, fastboot boot or flash recovery_ab? i saw first time the second one. which one do you recommend?

If your TWRP.img file is about 104MB in size, follow the instructions above.

If the TWRP file is larger than 170MB, use the "fastboot boot twrp.img" command.

I'm on the Xiaomi 11T Pro, I've just downloaded the latest zip but I cant find a update.bat file in the zip. I don't have TWRP and as far as I know there is none available for my device. Can anyone help me out?
