why eu rom is released later than global? For example, global rom xiaomi 12 lite hyperos released but not for eu yet!

because i am using custom rom and custom rom update comes later than global rom. My question is specifically about custom rom.

There is specifically a rule about not asking why a ROM is not released at the start of the ROM threads.
