Why would you want to unlock the bootloader, if everything is working properly and if you have call recording?

p.s. If I understand correctly, you used RU ROM with an unlocked bootloader before the update?

Yes, that's right. I had the Russian version... and it had an option to record calls. After the update, the recording option was lost. Strange.... Yes, it was unlocked and now it's locked.

I found the solution my friend. Settings/additional settings/region. The country, that is. I have the Russian one and I put Russia.
