Invalid Google Play Services Not working through out the phone

I just factory reset the phone after that I try to login it says device is not certified i downloaded the device id apk to get GSF id and register it on the Google server but there's no GSF id those app are saying there is no google play service exist in my phone
I tried 3 different apps to check the id
Also in security settings the security patch update option is not present

I tried it but as soon as I open the playstore app immidiately the device not certified screen comming before signing in

Not sure how this is our issue, otherwise you'd see a whole bunch of people having it.
Don't know how you did your "factory reset", try the "format_data_only" script.

When I clicked on factory reset it boot into twrp and from that I selected the format option wipe data ,dalvic cache etc.
But when I get this issue I re downloaded the rom and perform a clean flash but after reflashing the rom this issue still exists

Just for your information:
To wipe/hard reset always use "Format Data" in TWRP. That's all you need to do in TWRP.

Yes I did exactly same everything is ok but only play service is the issue
after that I reflashed the rom again I think if I go to the old rom hyperos 1 by downgrading may be it may resolve after that I will update it into hyper os 2

Well we don't provide support for anything you're doing in TWRP, we did not develop it and can't predict the behavior of every single unofficial TWRP build.

It's one of the scripts in the ROM's ZIP archive...

I downgrade to android 14 now everything working perfectly fine I will wait for next hyperos 2 release no issues
