Automatic unlocking

[8259696476]

I've read the help section and go through the steps, to get MI Unlock statis, when I try to add account, it says "Couldn't' add please apply for automatic unlocking through the community forum"

So my question is, How do I apply for automatic unlocking. I know the forum says not to spam, but if I'm getting no help, or if the process is broken, what are we suppose to do?
