You can flash initialy 13.0.6 via fastboot and them continue flashing with twrp for ota updates. Its all written here.

You might need to root the phone, then deny list revolut app and also instal safety net fix.

Im such a fool, I have it sorted. I used the full twrp zip file rather them unziping it first and then renaming to img, as I just renamed the .zip file first. Its working now hopefully!
