Hi i'm currently on miui global stable and 'd like to pass to xiaomi.eu rom weekly. I had unlocked the bootloader and i am able to start twrp (that seems a little sluggish). I try to copy the rom on the phone while in twrp but the pc hangs and after about 10 minutes it seems that didn't copy...
