Hi i'm currently on miui global stable and 'd like to pass to xiaomi.eu rom weekly. I had unlocked the bootloader and i am able to start twrp (that seems a little sluggish). I try to copy the rom on the phone while in twrp but the pc hangs and after about 10 minutes it seems that didn't copy anything. Memory using the phone seems fine.
Any help?
