In my opinion "schedutil" governor on big and little cores it's not enough. It's not really optimized (early beta). Change schedutil to ondemand, and you will get less lag / not lag.

If you like better perfomance at this moment (it's early beta). Change governor settings. In Mi8 SE It happens too. Download any app with root access, and set ondemand instead "schedutil" governor un both group of CPUs (big & little cores).

No bug here with Mi 8 SE, at least with native Miui camera with no mods.
