I'm running standard Miui V5 on the Mi2s. How do i install this rom, do i just rename it to Update and install just like i would to a weekly Miui update?

Hi I'm on MIUI 3.12.6 on my Mi2S and when i go to system update it says i have the latest version. Is there any reason why 4.1.10 or any other new version to mine is not being found?
