Thanks for the link LOLO, that was one good starting point for me. Unfortunately I ran into a "rollback check error" issue. davinci_images_V10.3.12.0.PFJCNXM is the latest fastboot I found (but I had .14 before?). What an annoying thing now... OMG. I keep looking for a way out of my problem...

I'd like to emphasis that I did not know where fastboot roms can be found. I spent every second in the last 35 mins looking for information and then I found MiFirm.net with the wished ROMs. And another 30 minutes before I wrote this post. :)

Hello everyone, I got my phone unlocked, SW did a full wipe, then I flashed TWRP which showed weird file names. I looked into the problem and they say it's because the phone is encrypted. Okay, no problem, I deleted the usuals (at least I thought), but before that I copied the latest MIUI.EU...
