I made the installation in a new MI9 with Global Rom. I couldn't use restore from Google Account. Also, I can't make the AI Button use Google Assistant, nor to configure to use voice activation commands for Google Assistant Should I make a downgrade to the previous version?

Solved. The power button was stucked Mi 5S Plus restarted few hours after upgraded and entered in a boot loop. Can't enter in Recovery and neither in Fastboot.

I have the same problem after update MI 5S Plus to 8.9.20 Android 8 =/
