New MI9 9.8.15 - AI Button, Google Assistant, Voice Activation, Restore not Working

I made the installation in a new MI9 with Global Rom.
I couldn't use restore from Google Account. Also, I can't make the AI Button use Google Assistant, nor to configure to use voice activation commands for Google Assistant

Should I make a downgrade to the previous version?

Google backup now not working is gray. If I disable pin code and FP lock screen then Google backup now is blue but after trying to backup it's says try later so I don't have backup.
