Confirmed! That is exactly what I also experienced. Once the magisk skvalex module is installed, the integrated call recorder starts working again too. Good to know, I am not alone with this. The module is at least a workaround, but it would be nice, if it will work native again also.

Thank you for your feedback. Hmmm. So non working call recorder is maybe not ROM/update related but gets disturbed by another issue.

built in call recorder still not working on 9.10.31 workaround: using skvalex call recorder plugin in Magisk for the moment. That works.

Installation went fine on MI 9 SE, Phone boots normally into system. but when I now boot into recovery to get into TWRP (3.3.1.0) as I wanted to re-install Magisk, my folders appear encrypted. I know the Password but TWRP doesn't ask for it to decrypt. It was fine before the update this...

yes, it should be between demo mode & quick developer tiles . on my Mi 9 SE it is there. All fine. Strange.
