You should ask the members of the telegram group, system apps shouldn't be updated on the Xiaomi EU ROMs. Most of the updates listed there on the telegram group, are for the Official ROMs.

I didn't have a chance to try 23.11.19, it was pulled before I could download it. 23.11.8 is running smooth without any problems, after clean flash in fastboot with Linux. Notification icons were white squares, after dirty flash. Notification icons were working normally after a clean flash...

Make sure that you select this option in alarm settings. Clock icon goes away for me.

Dirty flashed on Ishtar, had several problems, such as lag, themes reverting to original theme after a few minutes, expanded memory not working, wifi drops. Decided to clean flash, no problems at all. Everything is working properly. Used Linux to flash, no issues with usb 3 ports. Thanks Devs.

Did you activate WiFi, in the beginning? Might try a factory reset from the recovery mode.

Go to Settings, then Apps, Manage Apps. Click on the three dots at the top-right of the screen, select Default apps. You can change the default Browser from there.

Did you format Data? Go to Wipe, click on the box that shows Format Data, type yes Then, go to Reboot, Reboot to recovery. Then try to flash the ROM again

I don't see any way of recovering the data, MiFlash will wipe everything, and will install the stock firmware. MiUnlock is for only unlocking the bootloader, it won't help in this situation.

I'm not sure, it might be clipboard features from the chinese version of MiBrowser. Installing the chinese version of MiBrowser might fix it for you. If I doesn't help. You can uninstall the update, by long pressing the browser shortcut, select app info, then uninstall updates.

Are you trying to change the language to English? I don't understand, what you are asking. You can change the language to English, then install gboard, maybe that will help. You can also try to add more languages, google search MoreLocale2.

Was your bootloader unlocked before the bootloop? If you are able to load fastboot, you can't use an older version of firmware, due to anti-roll back protection. Try using the latest Miflash with the latest official version of the firmware for your device. Be sure to use the correct region...
