TWRP decrypt error

So the problem is that i can't decrypt my data in TWRP, i dont have an ROM installed and can't wipe certain data in TWRP too, what do i do? how do i decrypt my data without a OS to twrp get the password from?
Trying to repair data gives error 225
Trying to flash an zip rom gives
"Failed to moung '/system_ext' (invalid argument)"
"Failed to moung '/product' (invalid argument)"
"Failed to moung '/vendor' (invalid argument)"
"Failed to moung '/odm' (invalid argument)"
"Failed to moung '/metadata' (invalid argument)"

Did you format Data?
Go to Wipe, click on the box that shows Format Data, type yes
Then, go to Reboot, Reboot to recovery.
Then try to flash the ROM again

Happened to me before
use another version of TWRP
