Having this bug for a long time. I believe it's Xiaomi's fault. When you pull out the notification center, sometimes it doesn't blur up enough. Captured on 9.8.29, Xiaomi Mi 6. Everything launcher related is stock. First picture is failed blur, second - normal one -

I have no problems with GPay but I'm also staying on 9.2.21. Probably can help you on 9.3.7: 1) clear updates of Google Play Services 2) install 14.7.99 version of them 3) install GPay not later than 2.83.235070858 also disable autoupdates in Google Play or wait for new version of Magisk
