Same here. Probably double. I did a dirty flash though. A couple months ago I had the same problem and clean install fixed it. Will try on with this build.

My bad. I left the phone in recovery mode, not the fastboot. Now everything seems fine.

Main reason keeping me from going to Android 11. I could live with the MIUI or Poco launcher, but I love my Antimo Icon Pack and so far couldn't find a way to use custom icons :(

Not really sure how to do that :) I don't do anything drastic, just remove the apps I don't use e.g. stock Browser, Calculator etc. Never had any problems.

This helped to install Magisk, but I don't seem to have full root. I can't mount R/W in Root explorer.

I turned off screen lock and removed PIN code. The data isn't encrypted any more. But now when I try to flash Magisk-v20.4.zip in TWRP, nothing changes. After reboot I don't have root. Edit: I also noticed that in TWRP report it says: Failed to unmount '/system_root' (Device or resource busy)

I stil get a green video with selfie camera. I tried *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* app and everything works fine. Must be MiCamera software issue. Mi 10 Ultra. Edit: Android creators camera app ;)
