I also had no changelog but after updating it did not wipe my data, so you're okay to update.

I can confirm, after updating to the same version my device is play protected again and passes safety net. Awesome!

Hi, I've been running the MIUI 12 Stable rom on my Poco f2 pro for about 2 weeks with no issues. I've just noticed that my device is no longer google play certified and when I run a safety pass tester I fail the CTS profile match. Any help, information or advice is greatly appreciated, Thank you !
