Is there a way with this rom to force my Poco F3 to stop charging at 80% (without root and additional app)? I barely go out because of 100% home office so I don't need a full battery for my phone.

Poco F3 is on https://xiaomi.eu_multi_hmk40_pocof3_v13.0.2.0.skhcnxm_v13-12-fastboot.zip/. After pushing 13.0.3.0 via Fastboot the mobile won't come out of Fastboot. Also on Reset there is only the Fastboot. Pushed 13.0.2.0 again and all is working.

Friend has a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T EU Version with stock Rom (newest Update). About 16 month old now. All of a sudden his phone does no recognize his sim card anmyore. Sometimes it does for a few hours, than not anymore. Sometimes a restart helps, ofen not. I tried his card in my Poco F3, works...

How to install xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK40_POCOF3_V12.5.4.0.RKHCNXM_v12-11.zip without fastboot? Is there a general manual for fastboot install? There is no twrp for PocoF3 yet afaik.
