Hi, we are trying to unlock an Mi 11 Lite 5G. Everything is setup on the phone accordingly. When I try to log with the Unlocking tool from Xiaomi it all stops with the verification via sms . I never get any message back. If however I log in to the relevant Mi account the sms verification works...

I did not ask for support on a mac, pls. Actually the ROM has been changed from the previous setup ( fastboot ) to hybrid ROM. And since the Fastboot Rom's had been unzipped always without a problem I think it's a legitimate question to ask. Tks
