Check at the Windows Device manager, that the Device is in EDL mode, with COM10 detected. If that s not the case, Flashing will not work

There is no such ROM for MiFlash. The supplied EU roms are to be flashed with TWRP.

I followed the instructions from here: http://en.miui.com/thread-326187-1-1.html It needed some tryes, to get the short-cut, press the VOL+ and PWR button simultaneously and plug in the USB cable at the same time, but I am getting better at it ;).

Seems like it has something to do with the used bootloader drivers within windows. When connecting the phone it starts with some intel drivers and changes them some seconds later to another one. Now I at least have Fastboot access again and could boot into TWRP - but that is only in Chinese. Is...
