hi Thanks for response. the update was done through Xiaomi EU in built updater app from 12.0.7.0 to 12.1.4 12.0.7.0 was a clean install from miui china rom ( cleared cache,Dalvik ,storage , data) Phone is not rooted. after the updater app was donei did not clear cache or data after install.
