I think that we are using different ROMs. You have weekly ROM and I have stable ROM. Try installing stable ROM and maybe you won't have problems. Poslano sa mog Redmi 3 koristeći Tapatalk

Did you install weekly ROM or stable one? I have latest EU stable ROM installed and I don't have any of the problems that you described.

I am so so so so stupid... I thought that I enter to TWRP only by pressing vol-up and power. I didn't know that I need to open Recovery to launch TWRP. I accidentally pressed Recovery and TWRP showed up :)

The command "adb reboot bootloader" always says "error: device '(null)' not found". The command "fastboot devices" shows the phone is connected.

Can you be a little more specific? How do I flash it with fastboot? With MiFlash and phone in fastboot mode?
