    Hello. I just purchased the T500 in Greece, 3 days ago. I connected it to the Mi Home app and it worked fine the 1st day.     Toothbrush no actual data /reset

    Same issue here on the T500. Got it brand new 2 days ago and it only recorder data once. Since then nothing... Removed and reinstalled the device but the issue persists!
