What do you mean flash it via TWRP?

I'm seeing more and more suggestions from people underclocking, I'm out of touch with this, as the last time I did any OCing/UCing was on the HTC Wildfire S, that was a beast of a device. How does one go about doing this? I assume Root ofc, Haven't rooted in a long long time.

Latest update on fuxi broke my WiFi. Can no longer connect. I've also noticed I can no longer use the ai eraser In the gallery. Edit: WiFi seems to randomly connect and disconnect. Never did this before update. And doesn't do it on partners phone at all.

I did try via TWRP, and I tried via CMD too. I tried with CN, Global, and EU and it made no difference whatsoever. Maybe they lied on the spec sheet for the Xiaomi 13 CN variant? maybe it doesn't include Wi-Fi 7 properly.

I tried flashing it no issues, however it flashes instantly which is strange, considering its a 350+MB img. and nothing changes on the phone. So I don't think it flashed correctly or at all.

Where can I get it from? I think I have the correct file downloaded from the correct place but I just wanna be sure. Will the EEA firmware work on a CN device? Is there any clarity on how to flash it, e.g. from twrp?
