The apps cannot be updated manually because the apps have to be translated. The MIUI apps are updated through OTA updates

On my 12S mayfly I need to set "Default Wallet" to "HCE Wallet" to be able to pay with Google Pay. I think that would be the case with the 12S Ultra as well

My 12S arrived yesterday! :D My first Xiaomi phone since 2018. My previous one was a Mi Mix 2s with (of course) Xiaomi.EU Rom. The battery life is very good and I didn't feel any overheating. The main camera takes good photos. Otherwise the 12S should be like the normal 12. Same display, same...
