It is a known issue (at least on SGS i9000). There is a zip file that you should install before each restore/backup to fix this issue.

I suggest to do a full wipe, do not install any application and do the same test. I had the similar problem and it was one of applications that for some reason drained the battery.

Well, the trick is: going into Settings > Programs > Calls > other call settings > allow Third party access is set to NOT allowed... They broke this few builds ago...

Finally fixed in 1.9.23. Hope I will not find other issue that will prevent core phone to work.

I have the similar problem. I can connect in one office, but can not in another (they use the same authentication options). DarkyRom is working ok, so it is miui related. Generally speaking, miui do not fully support LEAP, that may be the case.

Go into Settings, Common, Call Settings, and towards the end you will see "Third Party Access." Enable this, and then all will be well. I found this in one of the thread. Thanks to Author.
