Strange, it suddenly works speedily for a day and slow again. Something is causing this lag .... Reboot did not help in my case

Brand new install on 13.0.9 from weekly using TWRP

I've installed 13.0.9 stable on my Mi11, however I'm encountering slowness when i share a link or image. It takes like 5 seconds before the sharing app screen pops up. Similarly if I do not set a default browser, clicking a link in say whatsapp, I'll have to wait 5seconds before the list of...

I am not rooted, even uninstalling with ADB, and installing Leica, it reverts back to old camera after reboot. Anyway around it ? Or can I delete the com.android.camera folder using TWRP ?

It works on EU MIUI 13 stable, however, it will revert back to original camera after a reboot. Is there anyway to keep it persistent even after reboot ?

I've a Mi11 running weekly Eu Miui with skkk TWRP now As Mi11 has A/B partitions, and I would like to return to Globa Rom, can I flash Global Recovery Rom using Twrp? Intention is to keep bootloader unlocked I assume after flashing my TWRP will be gone too right ?

I moved from Stable to Weekly, and now Sound & Vibration is crashing on me. It seems like it is due to restoring System Settings. Is there anyway to reset just my Settings without a full factory reset or any db file to delete?
