Same here. I think it's a bug, i heard that in Mi 8 standard now it's working perfectly.

Hi all, I ask you if theres anything that fix the status bar in order to fit it with the notch. I found a solution but it works only on Android 8 Oreo, I'm searching a solution that works also in Android 9 Pie (latest stable and beta).

The updater is bugged. You can solve this by downloading the latest stable from the download section and then installing the zip via the updater. No backup necessary.

Becouse global rom does not have face Id. In order to set the face Id on global rom you have to change the phone country (I don't remember which region specifically) and then it appears on the settings menu. Thank you for the test anyway!

You also have to select the 4th option in magisk settings (something like "Change magisk package name"). I forgot it in the previous post.
