(SGS2) themes?? can do NOthing with themes.. changing, downloading, setting.. tried deleting Miui/theme folder.. upgraded existing themes.. deleted apk cache.. nothing. ideas?

SGS2 - installed and working.. with occasionally random restart loops...

Can't download any theme on latest release (SGS2). Tried wipes, deleted cache, deleted MIUI theme folder, deleted data of "themes" application - nothing. Someone? Also - smaller issue - some software (Go keyboard, Business Calendar .... ) are no more working .. FC on start up. Tried to solve...

Please advise: i installed latest 2.11.23 after triple-wipe (full, cache and davlik) - some issues occur - com.process.phone FC on Settings - about phone - Status.. cannot see additional features of previous versions, like Dolby sound control.. etc.. anybody?? My current Android version is...
