    Hello, On K20 Pro a warning is always showing up every time I try to unlock my phone. The warning is about the headphone jack is covered, its not. Don't know if this is important but its saying the headphone jack is on the right side, its not, probably a warning from another phone model?.

    Normally if you delete the zip and md5 file that was previously downloaded you will update with no problems. Just go to File Manager > Storage > Scroll Down, you will see the zip file and md5 file, delete it.
