Flashed TW Rom but call recording goes away after a while...

Hi Same thing here with xiaomi 13 and taiwan rom. I tried miui 14 and hyper os2 rom. When i am connected to wifi the call recorder goes away.I allso tried to connect through vpn but the same thing happens.
